1. How does the aperture opening affect the amount of focus blur?

The aperture opening affects the amount of focus because of the smaller the hole it provides a smaller amount of time the camera to focus. 

2. What do you notice about the relationship between the f/stop number and the size of the aperture opening?

I noticed that the relationship between f/stop and the size of the aperture is that the larger the aperture, the smaller the hole and the smaller the aperture, the larger the hole in the camera.
